This morning when I woke up I thought that Freud had it all wrong about the power of the phallus.  In truth, boobs are the real power.  Think about it for a second.  Genitals, both boy and girl parts, can be really scary and weird at times but no one, male or female, fears boobs.  Boobs are like a happy thing.  Certainly, there are all kinds of boobs but that isn’t the point (big, little, perky, saggy, real, fake, etc.)  what is the point is that boobs never inspire fear.  They can be comforting or sexy or just make clothes hang better, boobs nourish.  Maybe the world needs to recognize boob power and make all kinds of symbols about boobs.  In that kind of world, there is really no conflict.  A crazy man once told me that if there was continuous topless dancing there would be no wars.  Men would be totally transfixed and happy so they would not be thinking about how to kill others and take others’ land.
